These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through ritua.skin. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell Korean skincare products curated for Nordic skin needs. All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Due to the nature of skincare, results may vary between individuals.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and packaging may occasionally differ slightly from what is shown on screen.
2. Prices
All prices shown on ritua.skin include VAT at the applicable rate (24% for Estonia, 25.5% for Finland). The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees at checkout, other than shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order and complete payment, a binding sales agreement is formed between you and Seolful OÜ.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that all details are correct. If you notice an error, contact us at info@ritua.ee as soon as possible.
4. Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit card and bank transfer via our payment partner. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Estonia and Finland. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, public holidays, etc.). We are not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us at info@ritua.ee within the 14-day period. You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us.
Important: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the above conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at info@ritua.ee within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and photos where possible.
In the case of a confirmed fault, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Under Estonian law, we are responsible for conformity defects that existed at the time of delivery for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
8. Complaints and Disputes

We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may refer the matter to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at tarbijakaitseamet.ee, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ritua.skin/policies/privacy-policy, and in compliance with GDPR.
Your data is used solely for order fulfilment, customer communication, and — with your consent — marketing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
