  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Security and access to data

Personal data is stored on Shopify servers located within the European Union. The online store applies appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Retention of personal data

  • Upon closure of a customer account, personal data is deleted, unless it must be retained for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes.
  • Purchase history for guest orders is retained for five years.
  • Data required for accounting purposes is retained for seven years.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of data (where the law does not require its retention)
  • Withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications
